Discord is usually best for screenshots, quick questions, and talking through setup. Email works better when you need to send a longer explanation or private project details.
Please include
- Your Unity version
- The asset name and version
- Your render pipeline
- The full console error
- A screenshot of the inspector or setup
- The steps that cause the problem
Before you send it
Check the simple stuff first.
Make sure the package imported without errors, required Unity packages are installed, references are assigned, and the problem still happens after clearing the console. That sounds obvious, but it catches a surprising number of Unity problems.
